Summer Soccer Camp

Games, skills training, drills, contests, life lessons, and healthy competition. Mix in fun and friends and it's the best week of the year!
Who?
Children Ages 6 - 12 are invited to join our week long camp led by experienced coaches and qualified volunteers!
What?
A week long soccer camp where kids get to have fun by playing games, learning some soccer skills, making new friends, and learning some important life lessons through healthy competition.
When?
Our 2026 Summer Soccer Camp runs from July 27 - 31, 2026 from 9:00am - 3:00pm daily.
Where?
Our 2026 Summer Soccer Camp will take place at Summit Middle School and Community Centre in Coquitlam.
Why?
Through teamwork, healthy competition, and Christian love from experienced coaches and volunteers, we want kids to experience what being a total athlete is all about through a glimpse of Jesus' love.
FAQ for Parents
- What happens if the weather is bad? The first day of camp will continue as indicated above regardless of the weather. For the remainder of the week, we will contact you 45 minutes before camp begins if the weather prevents camp from continuing. We will play through cloudy and light rain conditions. If the weather looks poor please be sure to send warmer clothes with your child. If the weather conditions become unmanageable during the day we will contact you with instructions.
- Things to bring:
- Water Bottle (3 if possible — freeze two ahead of time on hot days)
- Bag lunch and snacks
- Shorts (no jeans please) and t-shirt
- Lunch and Snacks
- Cleats (recommended but not mandatory)
- Sweater/jacket/rain gear
- Sunscreen (SPF 30+)
- Hat
- Can I request a refund?
- If you need to request a refund prior to July 15, 2026, please contact our camp office at soccer@thecommonplace.ca. All refunds will be subject to a $10 administration fee.
- After July 15, 2026: Refunds can only be given with a doctors note (minus $10 administration fee).
